1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Z-Borg (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Z-Borg is an AI-assisted blog generation platform. You provide product knowledge as markdown; the Service generates SEO-oriented blog posts and exposes them through an authenticated API.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must keep your credentials and API keys confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.
  • Upload knowledge files containing malware, secrets, or third-party data you do not have rights to.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or abuse the API.
  • Share API keys publicly or resell API access without permission.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the knowledge files you upload. You grant Z-Borg a limited license to process those files through AI providers for the sole purpose of generating blog posts on your behalf. Generated posts are yours to publish and modify.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Blog posts are produced by a language model. While Z-Borg grounds generation in your provided knowledge, we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing posts before publishing.

7. Rate Limits and Fair Use

The public API enforces per-IP and per-app rate limits to keep the Service reliable for all users. We may throttle or suspend access that exceeds reasonable use.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Google, Sumopod, database provider), and force majeure events may cause downtime.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, abuse of the API, or legal obligation. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z-Borg and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
